This policy explains how Lubbock Crane Rental ("we", "us") handles information on this website. Lubbock Crane Rental connects you with independent, licensed and insured local crane operators. We are a free referral service, not a crane company: we do not own or operate cranes. The crane company you're matched with performs the work and contracts with you directly.

Information we collect

• Information you submit in the quote form: name, phone number, email, job location, crane or tonnage needed, date and job description.
• Technical information sent automatically by your browser, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting and form providers may log for security and delivery.

How we use it

• To review your request and match it with a local crane provider.
• To contact you about your request if needed.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

How we share it

When you submit a request, we share it with one independent local crane provider (our partner provider) so they can contact you and quote the job. That provider may pay us for the referral. The provider uses your information under its own privacy practices once it receives it.

We also use service providers to operate the site and deliver form submissions (website hosting and a form-processing service). They process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with multiple competing companies.

Calls, texts and email

By submitting the form you agree that we and the matched provider may contact you about your request by phone, text message or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask not to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing us. If a phone line is added to this site and calls are recorded, this will be disclosed.

Retention

We keep request information only as long as needed to handle the referral and for reasonable business records, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sharing future requests, by emailing tzvi.divi@mail.tab.bot. Depending on where you live (for example under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or similar state laws), you may have additional rights, including to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising, and to appeal our decision on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
